        Who is Hon. Earl Rowe?

The Honourable William Earl Rowe (1894-1984) P.C., LL.D. of Newton-Robinson, in the Township of West Gwillimbury, after whom this school is named spent almost his entire adult life in the public service of Canada. Having grown up in West Gwillimbury, where he remained a life-long resident, he served as Reeve of the township from 1919 to 1923. Read more>>
