Critical Bussing Informationhttp://her.scdsb.on.ca/about-us/news/school-news/209Critical Bussing Information
CRITICAL BUSSING INFORMATION
Our Board has directed that ALL alternative transportation requests be made in writing by the parent/guardian to the school principal. The request is to clearly identify one alternate pick-up location for every morning and/or one alternate location for drop-off every afternoon, five days a week for the school year (Section 4.6.1 Policy 2410 – Transportation of Students). All other requests will require superintendent approval. The (Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium) SCSTC will then review the request, and advise the school. Please be reminded that Transportation will now be reviewed annually, and any alternative transportation pick-ups and drop-offs will be cleared from the system prior to the start of a new school year in keeping with SCDSB policy. We will therefore require a written request from the parent/guardian to be submitted in early-June to the school principal, for decision by SCSTC for the following September.
